Below are some of the recent projects that have been undertaken by facilitate staff:

• Company relocation from Fareham to Southampton.
• Conversion of a warehouse into a European Data Centre. Included in the project were the data and telecommunications infrastructure to link the European offices back to the Data Centre.
• Client Representative for the construction of a new office in Cambourne and project management of the subsequent fit-out to high quality office specification.
• Search for new office premises, negotiation of the lease, fit-out of the office and the subsequent relocation of the company to Cambourne Business Park. Included in the fit-out were network design and implementation CAT5E and fibre optics for data and voice, selection of a digital telephone system.
• Search for new office premises, negotiation of the leases, fit-out of the offices and the subsequent relocation of the staff at 6 locations around Europe and in the Far East.
• Acquisition and refurbishment of 27,000 sq ft of office space for software development.
